We are happy to announce that PBS and its production affiliate KQED has joined our list of clients. We are glad to be part of their production process.

Unfortunately we had technical difficulties with our server and we experienced several interruptions of service on Dec. 13, 2008. We were down intermittently from 9:00AM to 8:00PM EST. Since so many errors occurred on Dec. 14, we decided it was of our best interest and the interest of our customers to move to a more reliable server.

Finally after four long days of intense work our site is fully operational.

As a token of our appreciation to customers who visited us during those days, we have added five (5) additional clips to the freebies for a total of twelve (12) free clips for instant download. These free clips will expire on Jan. 16, 2009.

As requested by many of you we are currently working on the creation of several Fire FX in High Definition 720 and 1080. We estimate these collections will be ready by mid October 2008. These collections will also be available in NTSC, PAL, Medium and Small.
